Company  ·  Ethics

Ethics and
business conduct.

Defence is an industry where conduct matters more than usual, because the consequences of the work are real and the oversight is rightly strict. These are the standards we hold ourselves to — written plainly, so they can actually be held against us.

Why Write This Down

Culture is set early,
or not at all.

§ 01 / PURPOSE

Codes of conduct have a reputation for being documents nobody reads, written to satisfy an auditor. We are writing this at a stage where the entire company can fit in one room, precisely because that is when the standard is actually set — by what gets tolerated, not by what gets published.

Everything below applies to everyone at Rewind Dynamics without exception, and we expect the same from the partners and suppliers who work with us.

Our Standards

What we
hold to.

§ 02 / STANDARDS
01

Honesty about capability

We do not overstate what our systems can do. Nothing has been fielded, and we say so on every page that describes a system. Exaggeration in defence costs lives downstream, not just credibility.

02

Integrity in competition

We compete on the merit of the engineering. No bribes, no facilitation payments, no improper inducements, no arrangements that would embarrass us if published.

03

Conflicts of interest

Declared, not managed quietly. If a personal interest could reasonably look like it influenced a decision, it gets disclosed.

04

Confidentiality

Information shared with us under terms stays under those terms — from partners, programmes and competitors alike.

05

Lawful conduct

We work within export-control, sanctions, trade and employment law wherever we operate. See security & compliance.

06

Respect at work

Harassment, discrimination and bullying are grounds for removal. A small team offers nowhere for that to hide, and we intend to keep it that way.

Speaking Up

Raising a concern.

A standard is only real if raising a breach is safe and straightforward. At our current size the route is deliberately simple and direct.

  • Anyone can raise anythingConcerns about conduct, safety, legality or a claim we have made publicly can be raised with any member of the leadership.
  • In writing, if preferredWrite to ethics@rewinddynamics.com. It is read directly, not routed through a system.
  • No retaliationRaising a concern in good faith will not disadvantage anyone, regardless of whether the concern turns out to be correct.
  • From outside tooPartners, suppliers and members of the public can use the same address.

What We Expect Of Partners

The same
standard.

§ 03 / PARTNERS
01

Lawful operation

Compliance with applicable export-control, sanctions and trade obligations.

02

Honest representation

Datasheets and claims that hold up under our testing, and a straight answer when they will not.

03

No improper payments

The same anti-bribery standard we hold ourselves to.

04

Human command respected

Our systems are built so a person stays in command. We will not adapt that for anyone.

This page states our standards and our current practice; it is not a legal instrument and does not create contractual obligations. It will be expanded and formalised as the company grows. Last reviewed August 2026.

Something
to tell us?

Concerns are read directly and taken seriously — from inside the company or outside it.
